- How is this different from the Fractional CMO?
- The Fractional CMO is the leader inside the business for the long term. The Sprint is a focused 90 day reset that hands the system back to your team. Some companies start with the Sprint and roll into a Fractional CMO engagement. Others run the Sprint, hire a full time CMO, and use the plan as the operating brief.
- What does pricing look like?
- Sprint pricing is set based on company size, complexity, and the lever that is broken. Tell me what is going on and I will give you a number on the first call.
- How many hours from my team?
- About two hours per week from the CEO, three hours per week from the marketing lead, and one hour per week from the sales leader. The rest is on me.
- Will you build the new website or run the ads?
- Not directly. The Sprint builds the plan and the cadence. Execution lives with your team or with vendors I recommend. I have done the work before, so I can spec what good execution looks like.
- Do you guarantee results?
- I guarantee the diagnosis, the plan, and the handoff. I do not guarantee results because results depend on execution after the sprint ends. The companies that run the plan honestly compound. The companies that do not, do not.
