Who we are
This site is operated by CMO Grow, the advisory practice of Chris Lundell. Contact: chris@cmogrow.com.
What we collect
We collect three categories of information.
Information you give us directly. This includes name, work email, company, role, revenue band, and the answers you submit through our forms or the Growth Assessment Scorecard.
Information we collect automatically. This includes page views, device and browser information, referrer, and approximate location derived from IP. Collected through Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics.
Information from third parties. This includes information you provide through HubSpot forms and HubSpot Meetings when you book a call.
How we use it
We use information to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested content, send the newsletter you opted into, schedule meetings, personalize the experience, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who help us operate the site, including HubSpot for CRM, forms, and meetings; Google for Analytics; Vercel for hosting and analytics; Cookiebot for consent management; and outside legal or compliance counsel as required.
We disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information. To exercise any right, email chris@cmogrow.com with the subject line "Privacy request." We respond within 30 days.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with comparable laws have specific rights as well. We honor all of them.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, and to remember your preferences. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner on first visit and at any time from the footer.
Children
This site is intended for adults working in a business context. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this notice. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the newsletter.
