CMOGROW

Fractional CMO

A senior CMO inside your business, without the full time hire.

You get the executive marketing leadership you would expect from a $400K hire, for a fraction of the cost, on the timeline your business actually has. Pipeline, brand, and the operating cadence, owned end to end.

$10K to $20K per month

What you walk away with

Outcomes, not deliverables.

We measure the engagement by what changed in the business, not by what showed up in a folder.

A working positioning the whole company can use

A single sentence that names the audience, the outcome, and the way you deliver that outcome. CEO and sales can use it from day one.

A demand engine that compounds

Channels picked for fit. Content built for AI search. Attribution you can defend at the board meeting.

A funnel that respects buyer intent

Conversion built for the right buyers, not for total captures. Higher close rates downstream. Less waste in the top of the funnel.

A marketing team that ships

Operating rhythm, scorecards, clear ownership. The team produces without the founder in every meeting.

How it works

A simple operating cadence.

  1. Step 01

    Diagnose

First 30 days. Audit positioning, demand, conversion, retention, and leadership. Surface the lever that is broken.

  2. Step 02

    Rebuild

Days 30 to 90. Fix the broken lever. Stand up the operating cadence. Get the first measurable lift on the board.

  3. Step 03

    Operate

Month four onward. Run the system. Compound the wins. Coach the marketing leader or recruit the right one when it is time for me to step out.

Who this fits

A clean yes if any of these are true.

  • You are between $5M and $250M in revenue and growth has stalled or feels lumpy.
  • You need a CMO now and cannot wait six months to recruit one.
  • You have an in house marketing team that is not yet operating as a system.
  • You are PE backed and your operating partner wants senior marketing leadership in the seat fast.
  • You want a CMO who has been a CEO and understands the whole P&L.

Who it does not fit

Honest no. We will point you to a better fit.

  • You are pre revenue or pre product market fit. You need a founder marketer, not a CMO.
  • You want a tactical doer who will sit in your inbox all day. I lead, I coach, and I build the system.
  • You are looking for a vendor to run paid ads only. There are better and cheaper specialists for that.
  • You are not ready to make hard calls on positioning or org design. The work depends on those calls.

Common questions

Asked and answered.

How many hours per week is this?
Typically one to two days per week of focused executive time. Engagement length is a six month minimum, monthly thereafter. The hours are flexible. The accountability is not.
Do you replace the marketing team or work with it?
I work with it. I lead it. When the operating cadence requires a different team shape, I redesign the org with you and either coach or recruit the right people. I will not run heroics that you cannot sustain.
Is this only for SaaS?
No. I have led marketing across enterprise software and residential solar, and I advise across technology, energy, and services. The CMO Grow Method translates because the five levers do not change by industry.
What does the first 30 days look like?
A working session with you, interviews with sales, customer success, product, and a sample of customers. A read of the data. A written diagnosis that names the lever to pull first. We talk through it together before any work starts.
How do you handle confidentiality and conflict of interest?
Standard NDAs. I take a small number of clients at a time and never two in the same niche. If a fit question comes up, I will raise it before we sign.

Ready when you are

Bring the question. I will bring the playbook.

30 minutes. No pitch. If we are not the right fit, I will tell you and point you to a better one.
